DMCA Policy
Highguard Finanzierung ("Highguard Finanzierung", "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Highguard Finanzierung service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
This policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing a counter-notification if your content has been removed by mistake.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Highguard Finanzierung service, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Highguard Finanzierung to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL where the infringing material is located).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Highguard Finanzierung to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
